I got a new lens today.  50mm prime lens f/1.8  Its so pretty.  Anyway, this is the first good shot I got with it this afternoon.

Keeping with the theme of faces, here is a nose.  Supposedly noses are way more difficult than eyes.  I didn't have very much trouble with this, except for maybe the colouring.

Here is the eye that I did.  It took a good 2 days to get it perfect.
Eye lashes were the hardest part about this drawing.  That and getting it to look realistic.

Both of these drawings have a space theme to them.  A theme that was completely unintentional.

This was the first thing I did with my markers.  It was mostly experimentation.

 Ive been trying to get back into drawing after some time away from it and so I started again with some coloured markers and sharpies.  Both drawings are in motion to some degree.

I seem to subconsciously draw faces into my drawing that are suppose to be somewhat abstract.

This is an abstract drawing.  No idea what it is.  All I know is its called "Movement".  I named it that because it looks like its in movement.  Thats all.

I've been watching the Walking Dead series.  That's what inspired this guy. Contamination suit with his stomach ripped open and a niblet for an arm.  He isn't a zombie yet, so he's turning around to say goodbye to whoever is leaving.

Just a fat guy in robes.  Kind of reminds me of the medieval ages.  The robes they wore back then.  And my signature is there.

Some really skinny guy I drew.  I named the file "Breaking the 4th wall".  The fourth wall is the wall between a book and reality.  So breaking the fourth wall is when the character is aware of reality and the reader.  In some ways this guy is talking to the viewer/reader.

I named this file "Turning" because the person is turning into something.  Zombie, creature, something.

I dont know what to say about it.  Its a tree...  Started drawing it when I was listening to Dimentions by Hellburg.  Good song, you should check it out if you like EDM.

Part 2 of the previous post

So I lied about my hands project.  I have just been "doodling" instead.  Not much from my late night doodling sessions.  So here is what I have doodled at 1-2 in the morning. 

Some photos I took on my Christmas vacation 2 years ago.  I love them.  They are just so amazing to me.  Rainbows and Lawn Chairs.

Downtime

It is my down time.  Which means that I'm not drawing much because I'm catching up on some Zzz.  So with that being said, I have wanted to go and paint something as well as sketch some hands!  "OHHH How exciting, HANDS you say?"  Yeah.  Hands.  Well hands V.2  Thats what I feel like working on and that is possibly what might get done.  Haven't given much thought to it but thats the plan.  Along with the painting(s).

I also feel like starting a podcast.  Thats an "art form" right?  Speech?  Anyway, that takes effort and dedication.  And a microphone that I dont actually have.  And a place to post it to...  Hmmm...

 Kind of reminds me of either Sly Coopers staff or the Riddlers staff.

Probably the same staff resting against a wall.  Plus my attempt at shading it.

 Massive fire in the middle of now where.  Perhaps the person at the base of it is burning something?  Evidence to something?  Van sitting in the background with its lights on.  OR if you can see in the smoke there are two people kissing.  Completely unintentional.
